Green Square

Greensquare in Kirkleatham Business Park is an office and light industrial scheme developed by Ravensworth Property Developments. Kirkleatham is the prime business location within Redcar and Cleveland and the development benefits from excellent connectivity being close to the A174 Parkway which links to the A19 and the regional road network.

The 17 unit scheme comprising a mix of highly sustainable office and light industrial buildings ranging from 1,000sqft (93m2) – 6,000sqft (558m2) provided the first new speculative commercial scheme in the borough for a decade.

Ravensworth Property Developments provided a bespoke solution for the largest office on the scheme with Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Trust occupying a fully fitted 8,500 sq ft office and clinic.

The development remains fully let and occupied by a range of public and private sector organisations. Other tenants include Money Matters, Travis Perkins, Caremore Limited and Freshfayre Limited.
