MGL Group Supports Careers Advice and Guidance at New College Durham

Representatives from MGL Group attended the Careers Advice and Guidance event held at New College Durham as part of National Apprenticeship Week. This event reinforces our ongoing commitment to fostering talent and supporting the next generation of industry professionals.

Greg Chapman, our Social Value Manager, attended the event alongside local employers. He provided valuable insights, offering advice about pathways into the industry and guidance around employability skills.

As a proud Gold Member of The 5% Club, we are dedicated to supporting routes into the industry. This reflects our commitment to ensuring that at least 5% of our workforce is enrolled in earn-and-learn positions. There are currently 45 trainees, graduates, and apprentices across our organisation.
