MGL Group recently attended the National Armed Forces and Emergency Services Event (NAFESE) 2024, showcasing opportunities within the construction industry.
The event featured activities, exhibitors, and speakers honouring service personnel from the armed forces and emergency services sectors. It celebrates the ethos of service for the forces and emergency services sectors, past, present, and future.
By actively participating in the Recruitment & Resettlement Zone, we provided information on job roles, career advice, and pathways for potential candidates. Our goal was to connect with potential candidates, understand their career aspirations, and provide pathways to fulfilling careers within our organisation.
We value the skills of veterans and emergency service personnel and are dedicated to offering meaningful employment opportunities. NAFESE 2024 allowed us to show appreciation for these individuals, interact with attendees, and support their career development.
