MGL Demolition Supports Middlesbrough's Regeneration

MGL Demolition is making progress in Middlesbrough by demolishing Fleet House and Thorntree House on Cargo Fleet Lane. This project is part of a comprehensive regeneration initiative to revitalise the area.

The demolition involves clearing two 17-storey residential blocks containing 132 units, 42 garages, a former shop, a meeting room, free-standing substations, and surrounding roads, paths, and hard-surfaced areas.

This transformative project will enable exciting redevelopment opportunities, including creating more affordable housing for the local community.

MGL Demolition is thrilled with the on-site progress that is contributing to Middlesbrough’s regeneration. The work commenced in July and is expected to be completed next year.
