Urban – Pilgrim’s Quarter
MGL Demolition played a pivotal role in the transformation of Newcastle City Centre. We successfully demolished and remediated a 13,500-square-meter site to pave the way for the Pilgrim’s Quarter development. Despite the challenging location and complex structures, our team employed advanced techniques and environmentally friendly practices to safely complete the project.
Industrial – Redcar Coke Ovens By-Products Plant, Phase 2
MGL Demolition demonstrated expertise in decontaminating and demolishing the former Redcar Coke Ovens By-Products Plant. The project involved complex challenges due to hazardous materials and limited site records, but our team successfully utilised innovative techniques. The site was safely cleared, prioritising local employment and sustainability to contribute to the regeneration of Teesside.
