Making Mental Health Visible: MGL Group Stands Down for Worker Wellbeing

At MGL Group, our people are our greatest asset, and we prioritise the wellbeing of our workforce. We recently partnered with the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, the only charity dedicated to providing emotional, physical, and financial support to construction workers and their families, and hosted a stand down event focused on mental health.

To create a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, we offered free lunch for all employees. We incorporated MGL Group’s branded chocolate bars with personalised stickers designed for the event. A simple sticker can be why someone reaches out for help.

They feature the helpline number, reminding people that support is available. This is a powerful way to encourage conversation and break down barriers.
