MGL Group Hosts Successful Mock Interviews at Framwellgate School

MGL Group is proud to have facilitated a successful interview skills session with Year 10 pupils at Framwellgate School in Durham. Our social value manager, Greg Chapman, was joined by Lisa Hornby, Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator for Kier Construction, to lead the mock interviews that support the secondary school’s careers programme.

The pupils had the opportunity to participate in mock interviews, learn about the interview process, create effective responses, develop their communication skills, and boost their confidence.

Greg Chapman said, “It was a pleasure to work with the students at Framwellgate School. We were impressed with their enthusiasm and hard work. We believe that initiatives like this are crucial in supporting the development of young people and preparing them for the world of work.”
