MGL Group’s Social Value Manager, Greg Chapman, attended a session at Emmanuel College in Gateshead. The morning was dedicated to facilitating mock interviews, which offered Year 10 students a chance to develop their interview skills and help prepare them for the world of work.
The Futures Programme is a unique initiative that invites employers to the school, and we were thrilled to be a part of it. Greg’s guidance during the interviews allowed the students to enhance their life skills, particularly in question answering, body language, and confidence.
