The sun was shining in South Shields for The Cheesy Waffles day out. The Men’s and Ladies’ Groups enjoyed fun-filled outings at The Dunes. MGL Group covered the cost of food and bowling to ensure that all members had a fantastic Easter.
We take pride in supporting this fantastic charity that caters to children, young people and adults with additional needs from across County Durham, giving them a voice through positive activities.
The registered charity is predominantly for people with learning disabilities. However, everyone is welcome to attend.
Events like this are opportunities to develop independent skills, learn, and have fun. They allow members to go out without support from family, giving respite to carers and enabling them to socialise and experience new things.
