With support from our experienced mentors, we provide opportunities to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive. We offer a wide range of apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 6, providing individuals with opportunities to gain practical experience and qualifications in various disciplines. These new technical qualifications are equivalent to three A Levels and blend classroom learning with on-the-job experience, preparing students for skilled employment, further study, or higher apprenticeships. We collaborate with local colleges and educational institutions to provide high-quality training and support for T Level students. This partnership bridges the gap between education and industry, ensuring students are well-prepared for their future careers.
Our comprehensive graduate programme exposes graduates to various business functions. They gain hands-on experience and develop the skills and knowledge needed to thrive. We offer a range of traditional construction and office/business support roles. We offer the support and guidance for graduates to grow personally and professionally.

Clarice is undertaking a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and studying at New College Durham. Clarice enjoys the variety of her role and the opportunity to learn new skills.
Emily assists in managing project costs, contracts, and payments. She balances her work with her studies, attending university, and gaining practical experience as part of her degree apprenticeship.
Harvey joins us for his T Level in Design, Planning, and Surveying. We’re proud to support Harvey’s learning by providing real-world experience, which will contribute to his future success and the industry’s growth.
Oliver joined the business after graduating from Northumbria University with first-class honours in civil engineering. He is involved in the strategic planning and development of civil engineering projects, gaining on-site experience and expanding his knowledge.
