Team MGL Takes Part in the Durham City Run Festival

The Durham City Run Festival is an annual event promoting running and fitness for all ages. Participants can choose to run either a 5K or 10K route around the historic city centre, with the stunning backdrop of the World Heritage Site.

The event fosters a sense of community spirit and encourages people to come together to celebrate fitness and support a healthy lifestyle.

The World Heritage Site was the stunning backdrop to this exciting event. It was surrounded by narrow cobbled streets and the beautiful River Wear, offering views of the 900-year-old Cathedral.

Thanks to Events of the North, in partnership with Durham University and supported by Durham County Council, for organising another brilliant event.

Well done to Team MGL and all the runners who took on the challenge in warm weather conditions, it was a spectacular setting for a Summer Night of racing and fun.
