Welcoming NBP to Portobello Trade Park

Ravensworth Property Developments is delighted to welcome Northern Building Plastics (NBP) to Portobello Trade Park, a prime location near Junction 64 of the A1 (M).

In July 2022, NBP opened its fourth supercentre and is now trading out of our biggest unit on the site. The 33,000 sq. ft. building has new offices, a trade counter, and a fully stocked warehouse that provides a wide array of premium building materials.

The ‘super depot’ gives builders, roofers and window fitters across the North East access to thousands of building products. It holds a wide range of stock, including fascias, soffits, rainwater goods, lightweight roofing, composite decking, window trims and more.

We are delighted to support NBP. The dedicated Birtley depot will strengthen its service in the area.
