Project Overview

MGL Earthworks was appointed by Komatsu to complete excavation works at its Birtley Depot. The work involved excavating and removing wet spots within the demonstration ground, which were identified by a visual check. This was followed by placing imported aggregate.

Sustainability

We used 6F5 recycled aggregate from our Newburn facility. This material highlights our commitment to maintaining a circular economy.

Summary

This project was completed successfully, 1.5 days ahead of the planned 5-day schedule and within budget, to the client’s satisfaction.
