To support students and prepare them for the world of work, our Social Value Team had the pleasure of conducting mock interviews with Year 10 pupils at Southmoor Academy in Sunderland.
The session was delivered as part of the Academy’s Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) Programme. Over two days, we worked with students, helping them build confidence and develop essential interview skills.
As a proud family business, we are committed to our local community. By promoting employability skills, we hope to nurture the next generation of construction professionals and inspire them to establish careers in our industry.
Every student we interviewed was a credit to the school; they were well-prepared and enthusiastic, and they underscored the school’s commitment to nurturing these qualities.
