As a CECA award winner, Ellie is passionate about the industry, championing apprenticeships and driving positive change across the North East. She hopes to encourage diversity within the sector by highlighting the wealth of opportunities available to young people in our region. She believes in the power of apprenticeships to unlock potential and build a skilled workforce for the future.
