Supporting a cleaner and greener Gateshead

Rainton Construction, supported by MGL Earthworks, is delivering civil engineering and earthworks packages for the Gateshead Multi-Storey Car Park (MSCP).

Working in partnership with Wilmott Dixon, the site team ensures high-quality workmanship to deliver the best possible service to Gateshead Council.

We continue to support the main contractors ‘Now or Never Sustainability Strategy’ by investing in environmental projects to balance our carbon footprint. Tree planting has offset a further 15 tCO2e against the project.

From site visits with local college students to environmental and sustainability initiatives, we are positively impacting the local community. This is a great example of how collaboration can create value as we work on a crucial piece of the Newcastle Gateshead Quays infrastructure.
