Mental Health Week: Kit-Kat, Cuppa, and Access to Essential Support

The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is Anxiety, a prevalent issue in these challenging times. According to new research from the Mental Health Foundation, 60% of UK adults experienced anxiety which interfered with their daily lives. We want to create a welcoming and supportive environment where people feel comfortable seeking help.

This week, we encourage Team MGL to utilise the resources available while enjoying a Kit-Kat and a cuppa. This initiative promotes awareness of the vital support the charity provides to construction workers in need.
