MGL Group Helps Bridge the Skills Gap at Bring It On 2022

MGL Group is proud to have participated in the recent Bring It On event at the Beacon of Light. After two years of virtual offerings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were delighted to attend the event in Sunderland.

Over two days, we interacted with over 2,000 enthusiastic schoolchildren aged 9-14, showcasing the exciting world of engineering.

A special thanks goes to our dedicated Team MGL representatives, who played a vital role in the event’s success. Our apprentices offered valuable insights into their roles within the organisation and answered questions from the students.

The Bring It On event was a fantastic platform to introduce students to the vast potential of careers in engineering. We understand the crucial role these fields play in shaping our future and how inspiring young people can help to bridge the skills gap in the North East of England.
