Elm House, a six storey apartment block close to the former Civic Offices of Stockton Borough Council has recently been demolished to facilitate future development in the town centre.
The project included Licenced and Non-licenced ACM removal and soft strip followed by full remote demolition of the former Sure Start Day Centre, Citizens Advice office and the six storey Elm House.
As part of the Considerate Constructor Scheme, the MGL Demolition site was rated 'Excellent' in four out of the five sections and evaluated as 'Very Good' in the fifth.
MGL Demolition Operative Shane Hoban, on behalf of the MGL Group Community Engagement Programme, delivered a Christmas Hamper to the residents of Victoria House, a care home very close to the demolition site.
